Religion: A Catalyst for Peacebuilding in Bosnia?

Templeton Religion Trust (TRT) and Post-Conflict Research Center organized a workshop on the impact of religion on peacebuilding in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The purpose of the workshop was to explore the feasibility of conducting a research project lasting three to five years, funded by TRT. The project will address the impact of religion after the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina within the broad spectrum of activities carried out by civil society organizations. The goal is to overcome the association of religion with politics to identify what is not understood about religious activism and what remains unclear regarding the relationship between faith and peacebuilding in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
