PCRC’s President Velma Saric will attend an event organized by The Aspen Institute’s Citizenship & American Identity Program in Berlin, Germany. The meeting will focus on a new initiative called ‘Connections’, which aims to re-humanize civic life and activate digital technology to form healthy heterogeneous communities.
