For the first time, the European Dialogues of the French Institute were held in one of the candidate countries, Bosnia and Herzegovina, namely Sarajevo and Banja Luka. Velma Šarić, founder and director of the PCRC, René Troccaz, special envoy of France for the Western Balkans, Oleksandra Matviichuk, lawyer and Nobel Peace Prize winner, and Burak Doluay, co-founder of SocialTech Lab, addressed those present at the opening.
Velma shared a little more about the work of our center through peace education and peace activism, including our contribution to the formal education system through our educational manual Holocaust and peace.
