On September 7, PCRC will host the first meeting of 2019 for a special team of educators that are working on creating teaching material which would allow teachers and educators across BiH to include, in their curriculum, the study of moral and civil courage, peace and intercultural education, and the role of the individual in effecting positive change. In the last two years, PCRC, Educators Institute for Human Rights and Forum ZFD – Bosnia and Herzegovina held a series of meetings and workshops to develop a stable, realistic plan for training teachers and materials based on a common understanding of educational priorities in mass atrocities prevention and response. During the next six months, we will put all this knowledge to use and start developing and testing our first modules and lesson plans!
