This January, Post-Conflict Research Center (PCRC) and British Embassy in BiH gathered Bosnian civil society organizations in a special consultative meeting with Alistair Harris on monitoring and acting on conflict and atrocity risks. The consultation gathered the members and friends of the Western Balkans Coalition for Genocide and Mass Atrocity Crimes Prevention, established by PCRC with United Nations Office on Genocide Prevention and the Responsibility to Protect (UNOGPRP).
