PCRC welcomed 18 young people from around Bosnia and Herzegovina to our ”Citizen Journalism and Documentary Photography” youth training. Trainees had the unique chance to interact with and learn from experts in investigative journalism and photography. In addition to this hands-on training, each participant receives support throughout the following year as they produce stories for Balkan Diskurs. Training was organized through the ‘Art and Reconciliation: Conflict, Culture and Community’ project, in partnership with King’s College London, London School of Economics and Political Science, and University of the Arts London. Also in May, PCRC began work on our forthcoming educational project, On the Margins, produced in partnership with the OSCE Mission to BiH. On the Margins, which will debut in 2018, tackles everyday stigmas and discrimination that Roma people face in BiH.
