Our Amina Sejfić attended a project writing training led by Adis Arapović, a human rights activist with extensive experience in project development and project management. During the training, participants had the opportunity to learn about the basics of project management, as well as become familiar with the project cycle. Key aspects were covered, including defining objectives, indicators, risks, developing a logical framework and budget. The implementation, monitoring and evaluation phases were also discussed, and participants acquired project proposal writing skills through practical work.
