In order to encourage dialogue on the need for trials for genocide and other war crimes in BiH and the region, in cooperation with Youth Initiatives for Human Rights Croatia, Montenegro and Kosovo, the Post-Conflict Research Center (PCRC) and the Srebrenica Memorial Center presented the findings of a project “The Genocide in Srebrenica through Legal Judgements” in Montenegro, Croatia, and Kosovo this July. The two organizations have been working on the project since May 2020.
This project aims to collect and disseminate information produced in legal investigations and judgments of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia – ICTY, the UN International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Supreme Court of Serbia.
