The Diversity Advantage Challenge was created as a means to raise awareness among the public and private decision-makers about the benefits of diversity and to showcase the best examples of organizations, businesses and cities who have realized these benefits by creating innovative products, services, policies and initiatives. 63 international entries were submitted and 5 finalists were chosen to present their projects in Strasbourg, France in March 2015 at the 28th Plenary Session of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe.
