In February, our team traveled to Budva, Montenegro, for the workshop, ”Between the police and the community: Findings of the ICT4COP project from the Western Balkans”, organized by the project’s South Eastern Europe work package. The South Eastern Europe work package is part of the international scientific project, Community-Based Policing and Post-Conflict Police Reform (ICT4COP). The project, which started in June 2015, is coordinated by the Norwegian University of Life Sciences and financed from the European Commission Programme Horizon 2020. More about the project is available here.
