On October 18, PCRC has the privilege of welcoming Charles Wratto to our first #PCRCTalks event, a series of interactive discussions with leaders in the field of peacebuilding, reconciliation, transitional justice, human rights, and democracy. Wratto, a former child soldier and leading peace activist in Liberia will discuss the urgency of preventing and de-escalating conflict by means of youth-driven, needs-based education.
