Teaching manual ”Holocaust & Peace” has become part of the official school curriculum in Sarajevo Canton from 2023/2024, and on January 24 we held our first training for 100 teachers and educators from this Canton, in cooperation with Forum ZFD, Educators Institute for Human Rights (EIHR) and the Institute for Development of Pre-University Education, and with the support from PCRC’s core grants and the OSCE Mission to BiH. This manual allows teachers and educators across the region to include, in their curriculum, the study of the Holocaust, moral and civil courage, peace and intercultural education, and the role of the individual in effecting positive change.
